The argument for educating employees on Cyber Security is a simple one: if employees don’t know how to recognise a security threat, how can they be expected to avoid it, report it or remove it? They can’t.

Don’t companies have firewalls and security software to protect themselves? They do, but it’s just not enough. Employees, not technology, are the most common entry points for hackers.

Your employees need online Cyber Security training to protect themselves and the company against cyber attacks. By making employees aware of security threats, how they might present, and what procedures to follow when a threat is identified, you’re strengthening the most vulnerable links in the chain.

Firstly we will send a range of fake emails to see who responds to them, this will give us an idea of the level of learning your staff already have.

Then we will deliver a two hour seminar to them, accompanied by notes and reminders. This will cover all the major topics and is designed to equip your staff with the skills needed to avoid being targets.

We will then follow that up with another round of fake emails and see the response we get back from these. It is hoped that all are deleted and some are reported to the correct place for actioning.
